Customer's Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods by registered letter with return receipt to be sent to the operating headquarters of the company CREA E ARREDA at the following address: CREA E ARREDA, via Nuova Sant'Antonio, 20 - 80014 Giugliano (NA), stating that it wishes to avail itself of the right of withdrawal and indicating the order number, invoice number, code and quantity of the items, whether the withdrawal is partial (only in case of purchase of several items) or total and, in case of payment by bank transfer, the bank details to obtain the refund transfer (Iban code of the invoice holder)

CREA E ARREDA will refund the price within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the communication from the Consumer. In any event, CREA E ARREDA shall be entitled to retain the refund until the date of receipt of the goods at its place of business.
Direct costs for the return of goods shall be borne by the Consumer. The shipment for the return of the material, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer. CREA E ARREDA is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by shipments not insured by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
(a) lack of original packaging;

(b) absence of integral elements of the product (e.g., manuals, accessories, and generally different conditions in which they were delivered);

(c) damage to the product (e.g., products that are not intact, used, or show deformities, deterioration, signs of wear, and/or alterations of any kind)

(d) purchase of customized products according to the specifications requested by the Customer.

(e) Where the consumer has purchased products that, once opened, are unsaleable (for example, this is the case with disposable products packed in multiple packages or products that can be used for food preparation. These items, once used, are no longer suitable for resale).

6.5 Non-consumer Customer does NOT have the right of withdrawal.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, after checking the goods, on the same payment method used for the purchase.

In case the order payment was made by electronic payment (with card or paypal account), the refund will be made to the same account/card

In case the payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery will be requested the bank details (iban) on which to make the refund. The IBAN must be in the name of the same person who placed the order, i.e. the invoice holder.

In case you cannot provide an iban of the same order holder, you will not be able to proceed with the refund, the return will be canceled and the goods made available to the customer for later pickup.
